Quick Film Studies - Peru/Pero ~ You Are Umasou

What is more studiously inclined than sketching, yet far rougher than sketch studies? Ladies and gents, the answer is Quick Film Studies!

Basically, this is what happened when I had a character that had utterly little or no reference images online, and I ended up studying the character in the film I was watching, Peru Peru (or Pero Pero) here being the main subject this time, from the anime film "You Are Umasou".

Basically, this was a bit outta' my comfort zone in both categories, especially in sketch studies because I tend to spend a lotta' time trying to get construction and proportions and perspective right. Obviously, I was getting a bit frustrated in some categories here, but...well, kept on trucking. I mean, I DID try to keep them accurate, being the point is for reference, but it's not quite as careful, ya' know? Being very quickly drawn and such.
If I do keep making this a trend, might expect things like Quick Comic Studies or something.

As for why I did this, because shut up.
